California High School Basketball - East Union triumphant over Sierra

January 28, 2025: Manteca, CA 95336

Spectators at Tuesday's league bout between the East Union Lancers (Manteca, CA) and the visiting Sierra Timberwolves (Manteca, CA), saw East Union's basketball team crush Sierra by a tally of 59-38.

The Lancers now possess a 17-6 record. They play next when they travel to Patterson for a Valley Oak League bout on Thursday, January 30. East Union will play a Tigers team coming off a 42-32 league loss to Central Catholic (Modesto, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 19-5.

With the loss, Sierra falls to 8-11 on the campaign. The Timberwolves travel to Mountain House (Mountain House, CA) to play the Mustangs in a Valley Oak League bout on Thursday, January 30. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 19-4. Mountain House won 62-28 in their recent non-league bout against Edison (Stockton, CA)
