The Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA), 70-29 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Foothillers now possess a 18-3 record. They play next when they travel to Helix for a Grossmont - Hills bout on Tuesday, February 4. Grossmont will play a Highlanders team coming off a 47-34 league loss to El Capitan (Lakeside, CA). The Highlanders record now stands at 9-11.
