With the victory, Slidell advances its record to 21-8 on the year. The Greyhounds travel to Era (Era, TX) to face the Hornets in a 2A Region II District 13 match on Friday, January 31. The Hornets enter the match with a record of 12-15. Era lost 48-43 in their recent league match against Chico (Chico, TX)
The Knights now own a 20-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tioga for a 2A Region II District 13 match on Friday, January 31. Lindsay will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 85-38 league loss to Collinsville (Collinsville, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-17.
