South Carolina High School Basketball - Chester fells Eau Claire
January 28, 2025: Columbia, SC 29203 The Chester Cyclones basketball team scored 45 points and limited the host Eau Claire Shamrocks to 30 in the Cyclones non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cyclones now have a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Mid-Carolina for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Chester will confront a Rebels team coming off a 39-31 league win over Columbia (Columbia, SC). The Rebels record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, Eau Claire falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Shamrocks travel to Fairfield Central (Winnsboro, SC) to confront the Griffins in a non-league game on Thursday, January 30. The Griffins go into the game with a record of 0-1. Fairfield Central lost 33-29 in their recent non-league game against Clinton (Clinton, SC)
