Washington High School Basketball - Lynden Christian overwhelms Oak Harbor
January 29, 2025: Lynden, WA 98264 The Lynden Christian Lyncs basketball team scored 90 points and limited the visiting Oak Harbor Wildcats to 43 in the Lyncs league triumph on Wednesday.
The Lyncs now possess a 16-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lynden for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest game on Saturday, February 1. Lynden Christian will confront a Lions team coming off a 69-31 league win over Mt. Baker (Deming, WA). The Lions record now stands at 17-0.
With the loss, Oak Harbor falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Anacortes (Anacortes, WA) to confront the Seahawks in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest game on Saturday, February 1. The Seahawks go into the game with a record of 11-5. Anacortes lost 69-61 in their recent non-league game against Arlington (Arlington, WA)
