In Wednesday's league test, the Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks (Tucson, AZ) basketball squad got by the host Walden Grove Red Wolves (Sahuarita, AZ), by a score of 42-40.

The Nighthawks (10-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, AZ). The Lancers come into the 4A Kino challenge with a 19-4 record.

In their next game, the Red Wolves battle the Sahuaro Cougars (Tucson, AZ) in a 4A Kino challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Walden Grove will attempt to improve on its 13-10 season record.
