The Marquette Catholic Blazers (Michigan City, IN) basketball crushed the host Tri-Township Tigers (LaCrosse, IN), 48-27 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Blazers now possess a 17-4 record. They play next when they host Culver Academies for a non-league bout on Friday, January 31. Marquette Catholic will play a Eagles team coming off a 59-39 non-league win over Plymouth (Plymouth, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 17-4.

With the loss, Tri-Township falls to 11-10 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to South Central (Union Mills, IN) to play the Satellites in a Porter County bout on Friday, January 31.
