The East River Falcons basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Cypress Creek Bears to 18 in the Falcons non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Falcons now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Ridge for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 4. East River will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 62-54 non-league loss to Sports Leadership & Management (Miami, FL). The Pioneers record now stands at 9-6.

The Bears (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Buena Vista (Orlando, FL). The Vipers come into the non-league contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Lake Buena Vista was routed by Waterloo (Atwater, OH), 55-2, in a non-league contest.
