In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Fort Mill Yellow Jackets (Fort Mill, SC) basketball squad beat the host Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC), by a count of 65-51.

The Yellow Jackets (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Lancaster (Lancaster, SC). The Bruins come into the non-league challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Lancaster was dropped by River Bluff (Lexington, SC), 55-48, in a non-league challenge.
