In Friday's league test, the Central Chargers (Macon, GA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Jefferson County Warriors (Louisville, GA), by a score of 69-20.

Next, the Chargers clash with the Bleckley County Royals (Cochran, GA) in a A D1 Region 2 test, on Tuesday, January 7. Central will attempt to improve on its 11-3 season record. The Royals come into the test with a 8-3 record after their 49-45 non-league loss to Dodge County (Eastman, GA).

The Warriors (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Warren County (Warrenton, GA). The Screaming Devils come into the non-league test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Warren County bounced Treutlen (Soperton, GA), 70-65, in a non-league test.
