January 3, 2025: Mauldin, SC 29662 T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets (Anderson, SC) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Mauldin Mavericks (Mauldin, SC), 31-26 in a league match.
With the victory, T.L. Hanna advances its record to 4-2 on the year. The Yellow Jackets travel to Hillcrest (Simpsonville, SC) to face the Rams in a match on Wednesday, January 8. The Rams enter the match with a record of 2-2.
The Mavericks now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Easley for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7. Mauldin will face a Green Wave squad coming off a 43-11 non-league loss to Seneca (Seneca, SC). The Green Wave record now stands at 1-3.
