Florida High School Basketball - East Lake fells Anclote

The East Lake Eagles basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Anclote Sharks to 50 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now have a 5-15 record. They play next when they travel to Hollins for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. East Lake will confront a Royals team coming off a 28-27 non-league loss to Shorecrest Prep (St. Petersburg, FL). The Royals record now stands at 4-17.

With the loss, Anclote falls to 8-12 on the campaign. The Sharks travel to Dunedin (Dunedin, FL) to confront the Falcons in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 8-9. Dunedin won 52-7 in their recent non-league game against Angeline Academy of Innovation (Land O' Lakes, FL)
