Kansas High School Basketball - Central Heights holds off Anderson County
January 30, 2025: Richmond, KS 66080 The Central Heights Vikings basketball team scored 29 points and limited the visiting Anderson County Bulldogs to 27 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Vikings now have a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Southeast for a Three Rivers game on Friday, January 31. Central Heights will confront a Lancers team coming off a 38-36 league win over Jayhawk Linn (Mound City, KS). The Lancers record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Anderson County falls to 2-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Burlington (Burlington, KS) to confront the Wildcats in a Pioneer game on Tuesday, February 4. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 8-4.
