The Western International Cowboys basketball team scored 66 points and limited the visiting Cody Comets to 30 in the Cowboys league triumph on Thursday.

The Cowboys now have a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Eastpointe for a non-league game on Saturday, February 1.

With the loss, Cody falls to 7-8 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Southeastern (Detroit, MI) to confront the Jungaleers in a non-league game on Thursday, February 13. The Jungaleers go into the game with a record of 3-12. Southeastern lost 45-15 in their recent non-league game against Robichaud (Dearborn Heights, MI)
