The Tremont Eagles basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting Smithville Seminoles to 46 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now possess a 14-11 record. They play next when they travel to Mantachie for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Tremont will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 64-46 non-league loss to Hatley (Amory, MS). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-22.
