Washington High School Basketball - Bush fells Overlake
January 31, 2025: Seattle, WA 98112 The Bush Blazers basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Overlake Owls to 48 in the Blazers league triumph on Friday.
The Blazers now possess a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Bear Creek for a 1A Emerald Sound game on Tuesday, February 4. Bush will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 56-53 league loss to King's (Seattle, WA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 14-4.
With the loss, Overlake falls to 10-7 on the campaign. The Owls host Eastside Prep (Kirkland, WA) to confront the in a 1A Emerald Sound game on Tuesday, February 4. The go into the game with a record of 1-11. Eastside Prep lost 46-33 in their recent league game against South Whidbey (Langley, WA)
