Virginia High School Basketball - Eastern Montgomery fells Narrows

January 31, 2025: Elliston, VA 24087

The Eastern Montgomery Mustangs basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Narrows Green Waves to 58 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now possess a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Highland for a Pioneer game on Tuesday, February 4. Eastern Montgomery will confront a Rams team coming off a 47-46 non-league win over Union (Mount Storm, WV). The Rams record now stands at 6-6.

With the loss, Narrows falls to 9-7 on the campaign. The Green waves travel to Craig County (New Castle, VA) to confront the Rockets in a Pioneer game on Tuesday, February 4. The Rockets go into the game with a record of 0-17. Craig County lost 50-36 in their recent league game against Bath County (Hot Springs, VA)
