In Friday's league contest, the visiting Forest Hills Yellow Jackets basketball team scored a big 67-36 win over the Piedmont Panthers.

The Yellow Jackets (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against West Stanly (Oakboro, NC). The Colts come into the 2A/3A Rocky River contest with a 9-12 record. In their last contest, West Stanly smashed Monroe (Monroe, NC), 57-56, in a league contest.
