Utah High School Basketball - North Sevier nips Gunnison Valley

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the North Sevier Wolves (Salina, UT) and the visiting Gunnison Valley Bulldogs (Gunnison, UT), observed North Sevier's basketball team edge Gunnison Valley by a margin of 50-49.

The Wolves (10-10) will now prepare for their challenge against North Summit (Coalville, UT). The Braves come into the 2A Region 15 challenge with a 16-4 record. In their last challenge, North Summit was tipped by San Juan (Blanding, UT), 65-63, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Duchesne Eagles (Duchesne, UT) in a 2A Region 15 challenge, on Wednesday, February 5. Gunnison Valley will attempt to better on its 9-11 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 4-13 record after their 62-56 league loss to Grand County (Moab, UT).
