The Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS (San Mateo, CA) basketball edged the visiting Half Moon Bay Cougars (Half Moon Bay, CA), 50-49 in Friday's league bout.

The FIGHTING KNIGHTS now possess a 6-14 record. They play next when they travel to Woodside for a Peninsula - Bay bout on Wednesday, February 5. Hillsdale will play a Wildcats team coming off a 49-47 non-league loss to Sequoia (Redwood City, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-12.

With the loss, Half Moon Bay falls to 13-6 on the campaign. The Cougars host Burlingame (Burlingame, CA) to play the Panthers in a Peninsula - Bay bout on Wednesday, February 5.
