The Victory Christian Academy Lions (Valparaiso, IN) basketball were winner over the visiting Illiana Christian Vikings (Dyer, IN), 77-65 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Lions now possess a 11-5 record. They play next when they host Phalen Leadership Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 1. Victory Christian Academy will play a Falcon team coming off a 107-34 non-league win over Seven Oaks Classical (Ellettsville, IN). The Falcon record now stands at 10-12.

With the loss, Illiana Christian falls to 7-11 on the campaign. The Vikings host Calumet New Tech (Gary, IN) to play the Warriors in a Greater South Shore bout on Thursday, February 6. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 8-7. Calumet New Tech won 93-65 in their recent non-league bout against Calumet Christian (Griffith, IN)
