January 31, 2025: Texarkana, TX 75501 Liberty-Eylau Leopards (Texarkana, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting New Boston Lions (New Boston, TX), 74-44 in a league match.
With the victory, Liberty-Eylau upgrades its record to 30-0 on the year. The Leopards travel to Redwater (Redwater, TX) to face the Dragons in a 3A Region II District 14 match on Tuesday, February 4. The Dragons enter the match with a record of 13-18. Redwater lost 66-41 in their recent league match against Hooks (Hooks, TX)
The Lions now own a 6-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Atlanta for a 3A Region II District 14 battle on Tuesday, February 4. New Boston will meet a Rabbits squad coming off a 72-58 league loss to Liberty-Eylau (Texarkana, TX). The Rabbits record now stands at 17-12.
