North Carolina High School Basketball - Kings Mountain overwhelmed by Ashbrook

In Friday's league test, the Ashbrook Greenwave (Gastonia, NC) basketball squad trounced the host Kings Mountain Mountaineers (Kings Mountain, NC), by a score of 60-32.

Next, the Greenwave encounter the Crest Chargers (Shelby, NC) in a 3A Big South test, on Tuesday, February 4. Ashbrook will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Chargers come into the test with a 9-9 record after their 72-44 league loss to Huss (Gastonia, NC).

The Mountaineers (1-19) will now prepare for their test against Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Huskies come into the 3A Big South test with a 14-4 record. In their last test, Huss bounced Crest (Shelby, NC), 72-44, in a league test.
