Colorado High School Basketball - Mountain Vista overwhelms Douglas County

The Mountain Vista Golden Eagles basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Douglas County Huskies to 23 in the Golden Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Golden Eagles now possess a 12-5 record. They play next when they travel to Legend for a 6A/5A Continental game on Tuesday, February 4. Mountain Vista will confront a Titans team coming off a 63-38 league win over Castle View (Castle Rock, CO). The Titans record now stands at 13-4.

With the loss, Douglas County falls to 3-13 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO) to confront the Jaguars in a 6A/5A Continental game on Tuesday, February 4. The Jaguars go into the game with a record of 8-6. Rock Canyon won 46-44 in their recent league game against ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO)
