Arizona High School Soccer - North Canyon toppled by Alhambra
January 31, 2025: Phoenix, AZ 85019 Alhambra Lions (Phoenix, AZ) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting North Canyon Rattlers (Phoenix, AZ), 6-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Alhambra moves its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Lions host Carl Hayden Community (Phoenix, AZ) to clash with the Falcons in a 5A Metro test on Tuesday, February 4. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 4-8. Carl Hayden Community lost 8-0 in their recent non-league test against Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ)
The Rattlers now sport a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they host Youngker for a 5A Desert West test on Tuesday, February 4. North Canyon will clash with a Roughriders team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Independence (Glendale, AZ). The Roughriders record now stands at 13-1.
