January 4, 2025: Oxford, PA 19363 In Saturday's league test, the Kennett Blue Demons (Kennett Square, PA) basketball squad trounced the host Oxford Hornets (Oxford, PA), by a score of 79-51.
Next, the Blue Demons clash with the Sun Valley Vanguards (Aston, PA) in a Ches-Mont - American test, on Tuesday, January 7. Kennett will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Vanguards come into the test with a 8-2 record after their 70-43 non-league win over Academy Park (Sharon Hill, PA).
The Hornets (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Sun Valley (Aston, PA). The Vanguards come into the Ches-Mont - American test with a 9-2 record. In their last test, Sun Valley bounced Kennett (Kennett Square, PA), 57-47, in a league test.
