California High School Basketball - Victory Christian Academy knocks off Grossmont

January 4, 2025: El Cajon, CA 92021

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Victory Christian Academy Knights (Chula Vista, CA) and the host Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA), observed Victory Christian Academy's basketball team overcome Grossmont by a margin of 59-49.

The Knights (5-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Francis Parker (San Diego, CA). The Lancers come into the non-league challenge with a 9-5 record. In their last challenge, Francis Parker defeated Villa Park (Villa Park, CA), 54-37, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Foothillers battle the Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) in a Grossmont - Hills challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Grossmont will attempt to better on its 13-3 season record.
