Next, the Padres face the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA) in a WCAL contest, on Saturday, January 7. Serra will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Monarchs enter the contest with a 6-3 record after their 2-1 league loss to Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA).
The Crusaders now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Archbishop Mitty for a WCAL contest on Wednesday, January 11. Archbishop Riordan will face a Monarchs team coming off a 6-0 league win over Serra (San Mateo, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 7-3.
