In Friday's league outing, the Alta Hawks (Sandy, UT) basketball squad edged the host Skyline Eagles (Salt Lake City, UT), by a margin of 44-39.

The Hawks (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against Highland (Salt Lake City, UT). The Rams go into the 5A Region 6 outing with a 0-8 record. In their last outing, Highland was tipped by Brighton (Salt Lake City, UT), 62-25, in a league outing.
