The Bullock County Hornets basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting Straughn Tigers to 26 in the Hornets league triumph on Monday.

The Hornets now possess a 2-11 record. They play next when they host Opp for a 4A Area 4 game on Tuesday, January 7. Bullock County will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 44-37 non-league loss to McKenzie (McKenzie, AL). The Bobcats record now stands at 7-7.
