Western Warriors (Las Vegas, NV) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Silverado Skyhawks (Las Vegas, NV), 35-19 in a league match.

With the victory, Western upgrades its record to 7-6 on the year. The Warriors travel to Southeast Career Tech (Las Vegas, NV) to face the Roadrunners in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7. The Roadrunners enter the match with a record of 5-8. Southeast Career Tech lost 35-27 in their recent non-league match against Boulder City (Boulder City, NV)

The Skyhawks now sport a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Green Valley for a 4A Mountain match on Thursday, January 9. Silverado will face a Gators squad coming off a 35-30 league win over Doral Academy Red Rock (Las Vegas, NV). The Gators record now stands at 4-11.
