Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Rising Sun Shiners (Rising Sun, IN) and the visiting Switzerland County Pacers (Vevay, IN), saw Rising Sun's basketball squad knock off Switzerland County by a tally of 62-53.

With the victory, Rising Sun improves its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Shiners host Milan (Milan, IN) to play the Indians in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 3-7. Milan lost 56-43 in their recent league challenge against Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN)

Next up, the Pacers play the Southwestern Rebels (Hanover, IN) in a Ohio River Valley challenge, on Friday, January 13. Switzerland County will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record.
