In Tuesday's league test, the Columbus Discoverers (Columbus, NE) basketball squad got by the host Lincoln North Star Navigators (Lincoln, NE), by a score of 62-58.

Next, the Discoverers encounter the Lincoln Northeast Rockets (Lincoln, NE) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 10. Columbus will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Rockets come into the test with a 3-5 record after their 40-30 non-league loss to Lincoln Southeast (Lincoln, NE).
