In Wednesday's non-league test, the North Buncombe Black Hawks (Weaverville, NC) basketball squad got by the host Robbinsville Black Knights (Robbinsville, NC), by a score of 63-60.

Next, the Black Hawks clash with the West Henderson Falcons (Hendersonville, NC) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 10. North Buncombe will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 2-12 record after their 50-48 league loss to Pisgah (Canton, NC).
