North Valleys Panthers (Reno, NV) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA), 67-36 in a league match.

With the victory, North Valleys advances its record to 10-3 on the year. The Panthers travel to Sparks (Sparks, NV) to face the Railroaders in a 3A Northern - West match on Friday, January 10. The Railroaders enter the match with a record of 4-4. Sparks lost 33-25 in their recent league match against Truckee (Truckee, CA)

The Vikings now own a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hug for a 3A Northern - West match on Friday, January 10. South Tahoe will face a Hawks squad coming off a 36-31 league win over Wooster (Reno, NV). The Hawks record now stands at 6-5.
