The Braswell Bengals basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Little Elm Lobos to 48 in the Bengals league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bengals now sport a 22-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rock Hill for a 6A Region I District 5 contest on Friday, January 12. Braswell will meet a Blue Hawks team coming off a 71-62 league win over Boyd (McKinney, TX). The Blue Hawks record now stands at 10-10.

The Lobos (12-10) will now prepare for their contest against Allen (Allen, TX). The Eagles enter the 6A Region I District 5 contest with a 21-4 record. In their last contest, Allen ran past Prosper (Prosper, TX), 69-44, in a league contest.
