The Carlisle Chiefs basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host North Cross Raiders to 38 in the Chiefs league triumph on Thursday.

The Chiefs now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Dudley for a non-league game on Saturday, January 11. Carlisle will confront a Panthers team coming off a 51-35 league win over Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 6-6.

With the loss, North Cross falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Raiders host Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA) to confront the Mavericks in a non-league game on Friday, January 10.
