North Carolina High School Basketball - Kings Mountain overwhelmed by Huss

January 9, 2025: Kings Mountain, NC 28086

In Thursday's league test, the Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC) basketball squad trounced the host Kings Mountain Mountaineers (Kings Mountain, NC), by a score of 76-21.

Next, the Huskies clash with the South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC) in a 3A Big South test, on Tuesday, January 14. Huss will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record. The Red Raiders come into the test with a 10-3 record after their 44-36 league loss to Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC).

The Mountaineers (0-14) will now prepare for their test against North Gaston (Dallas, NC). The Wildcats come into the 3A Big South test with a 3-10 record.
