January 9, 2025: Ferndale, WA 98248 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Mount Vernon Bulldogs (Mount Vernon, WA) and the host Ferndale Golden Eagles (Ferndale, WA), observed Mount Vernon's basketball team overwhelm Ferndale by a margin of 72-18.
The Bulldogs (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Squalicum (Bellingham, WA). The Storm come into the non-league challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Squalicum trounced Mt. Baker (Deming, WA), 60-43, in a non-league challenge.
