Indiana High School Volleyball - Indiana School for the Deaf can't hold off California School for the Deaf-Riverside
October 3, 2025: Indianapolis, IN 46205 In Friday's non-league match, the California School for the Deaf-Riverside Cubs (Riverside, CA) volleyball squad tipped the host Indiana School for the Deaf Deaf Hoosiers (Indianapolis, IN), by a count of 2-1.
Next up, the Cubs battle the New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners (Santa Fe, NM) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 3. California School for the Deaf-Riverside will attempt to move on its 12-12 season record. The Roadrunners enter the match with a 6-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Jemez Valley (Jemez Pueblo, NM).
The Deaf Hoosiers (12-9) will now prepare for their match against Maryland School for the Deaf (Frederick, MD). The Orioles enter the non-league bout with a 14-5 record. In their last bout, Maryland School for the Deaf was nudged by Covenant Life (Gaithersburg, MD), 3-2, in a non-league bout.
