In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Southlake Carroll Dragons volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Trinity Trojans.

The Dragons (22-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Timber Creek (Fort Worth, TX). The Falcons come into the 6A Region I District 4 challenge with a 15-14 record. In their last challenge, Timber Creek beat Keller Central (Keller, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Trojans play the Byron Nelson Bobcat (Trophy Club, TX) in a 6A Region I District 4 game, on Tuesday, October 7. Trinity will attempt to advance on its 11-23 season record. The Bobcat go into the game with a 30-0 record after their 3-1 league win over Southlake Carroll (Southlake, TX).
