Louisiana High School Football - Abbeville falls to LaGrange
October 4, 2024: Lake Charles, LA 70607 The LaGrange Gators felled the visiting Abbeville Wildcats football team by a score of 36-21 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Gators play the Washington-Marion Charging Indians (Lake Charles, LA) in a 4A District 3 challenge, on Friday, October 11. LaGrange will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Charging Indians go into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 37-12 non-league loss to Peabody (Alexandria, LA).
The Wildcats (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mamou (Mamou, LA). The Demons go into the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Mamou was dropped by Crowley (Crowley, LA), 36-28, in a league challenge.
