October 4, 2024: Corning, NY 14830 The Cicero-North Syracuse Northstars felled the host Corning-Painted Post Hawks football team by a score of 58-36 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Northstars play the Proctor Raiders (Utica, NY) in a Section 3 AA 1 challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Cicero-North Syracuse will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Raiders go into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 23-6 league loss to West Genesee (Camillus, NY).
The Hawks (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Horseheads (Horseheads, NY). The Blue Raiders go into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Horseheads toppled Elmira/Southside (Elmira, NY), 42-6, in a non-league challenge.
