California High School Football - Oak Ridge thwarted by Folsom
October 4, 2024: El Dorado Hills, CA 95762 Folsom Bulldogs (Folsom, CA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA), 35-7 in a league battle.
With the win, Folsom advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host Del Oro (Loomis, CA) to play the Golden Eagles in a Sierra Foothill League battle on Friday, October 11. The Golden Eagles go into the battle with a record of 1-5. Del Oro lost 24-14 in their recent league battle against Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA)
The Trojans now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Jesuit for a Sierra Foothill League battle on Friday, October 11. Oak Ridge will play a Marauders team coming off a 53-0 league win over Davis Sr. (Davis, CA). The Marauders record now stands at 4-2.
