In Saturday's non-league game, the Ridge Red Devil (Basking Ridge, NJ) football team overcame the host Union Farmers (Union, NJ), by a tally of 24-13.

In their next game, the Red Devil battle the Hunterdon Central Red Devils (Flemington, NJ) in a Big Central - American Silver game, on Friday, October 10. Ridge will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Red Devils come into the outing with a 4-2 record after their 28-7 non-league win over East Brunswick (East Brunswick, NJ).
