The James Island Trojans topped the host Hilton Head Prep Dolphins volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Trojans confront the Mount Vernon Mustangs (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 5. James Island will attempt to advance on its 7-19 season record. The Mustangs go into the game with a 21-23 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Elite Scholars Academy (Jonesboro, GA).

The Dolphins (11-17) will now prepare for their game against Cross (Bluffton, SC). The Stingrays go into the non-league game with a 7-15 record. In their last game, Cross went down by Thomas Heyward Academy (Ridgeland, SC), 3-1, in a league game.
