In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Sunnybrook Christian Lions volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the McCauley Christian Academy Warriors.

The Lions (27-9) will now prepare for their battle against Lifegate Christian (Seguin, TX). The Falcons come into the TCAL 2A District 9 battle with a 9-8 record.

Next, the Warriors encounter the Town East Christian Eagles (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league battle, on Monday, October 9. McCauley Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record.
