Ohio High School Volleyball - Western Reserve overwhelmed by Mineral Ridge

The Mineral Ridge Rams were victorious over the host Western Reserve Blue Devils volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Rams now possess a 16-5 record. They play next when they host Jackson-Milton for a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet outing on Wednesday, October 8. Mineral Ridge will confront a Bluejays squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Newton Falls (Newton Falls, OH). The Bluejays record now stands at 8-12.

The Blue Devils (10-11) will now prepare for their game against Springfield (New Middletown, OH). The Tigers enter the Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet game with a 13-7 record. In their last game, Springfield gained a win over Poland Seminary (Poland, OH), 3-2, in a non-league bout.
