October 8, 2022: Manhattan, IL 60442 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Berean Christian Kingsmen (Rockford, IL) volleyball squad nudged the host Community Christian School Panthers (Manhattan, IL), by a margin of 2-1.
Next up, the Kingsmen battle the Cathedral Baptist Crusaders (Rockford, IL) in a Illinois Association of Christian Schools contest, on Tuesday, October 11. Berean Christian will attempt to better on its 11-11 season record. The Crusaders go into the contest with a 1-7 record after their 1-0 league loss to Lake County Baptist (Waukegan, IL).
With the loss, Community Christian School moves to 0-1 on the year.
