New Jersey High School Soccer - Bergen Catholic knocks off Pascack Valley
October 8, 2023: Hillsdale, NJ 07642 Bergen Catholic Crusaders (Oradell, NJ) supporters were pleased Sunday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Pascack Valley Panthers (Hillsdale, NJ), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Crusaders confront the Paramus Catholic Paladins (Paramus, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 12. Bergen Catholic will attempt to move on its 10-0 season record. The Paladins enter the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Northern Highlands (Allendale, NJ).
The Panthers now possess a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host NV - Old Tappan for a North Bergen 2 challenge on Tuesday, October 10. Pascack Valley will confront a Golden Knights team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Ramapo (Franklin Lakes, NJ). The Golden Knights record now stands at 8-2.
